I found Rookie on club penguin!!! Rookie is so cool The background he gives out is so cool to. He now weres a hawaiian t-shirt. I gues it it to tell him apart from the fakes. Club penguin has also added the rookie stamp. I used the tracker on this site to find him. Good luck!!!
