That means the director could be Billybob.

One of the older rumors is that Aunt Arctic is the Director. The Director's signature is actually a Greek symbol which stands for "AA". "AA" are also the initials of Aunt Arctic. in Morse Code, the Night Club's floor says: "Aunt Arctic is the director of the PSA." That also means the EPF. In the aunt arctic's colmn in the newspaper if you put your cursor over her glasses they turn black like the director.
